##If you are experiencing issues

We are always eager to help you. But we are really busy guys, because we work hard to make Charting Library even better, so we dont have much time. Please help us spend our time effectively and always update your Library's build to the latest unstable version to check if the issue still happens. Contact us if it does.

The latest version is always available at https://demo_chart.tradingview.com

Also, check the data you are passing to the Charting Library and make sure it matches our requirements as described in the documentation. Pay special attention to SymbolInfo content because it's the most common place to make an error (according to our statistics).

You can watch the output of our demo data service and compare it to yours to ensure your backend behaves like it should.

##Reporting a bug

  • Report the version of the library. You can check it with TradingView.version() from the browser console.
  • Provide step-by-step way to reproduce the issue
  • Give a link to your Charting Library where we can reproduce it

##Asking a question

  • We spent a lot of time creating those docs for you to make your life easier. Please give it a try. If you are a newcomer please make sure that you've read the Best Practices also.
  • Describe what do you want to achieve
  • Provide screenshots if possible

##Requesting a new feature

  • While we would love to be able to implement everything, we simply dont have the resources. At this time, please be aware we have long term plans and quick implementation of new feature request should not be expected. However, we review everything and take your many great suggestions into account. Thank you for playing an active part in building the TradingView community!
