While an approval is in process, we still say "Swapping..." in the dialog but maybe it should say "Approving"

Actually we should probably have a kind of progress bar modal dialog that stays up during the approval and swap phases and does not disappear until the final swap is completed. This dialog should also show the final result of the swap, which may differ from the user's input (e.g. a limit price was hit and the swap was only partially filled)
