The `aggregate_balances_changes` was keeping a map of token -> balance_change per transaction. Therefore, if a transaction was causing a balance change for the same token but on differents components we would only keep the update for the last component updated and drop the others.

Missing rate provider state
Any pool that does use rate providers, is currently not supported by tycho since we do not witness the contract creation of rate providers and thus can't provide the required contract state.
This is planned to be resolved with the dynamic contract indexing module.
